Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
