About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Stint Construction Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction
    • Prepare detailed layouts and measurements to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • On-Site Work
    • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
    • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
    • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
    • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including those in industrial settings.
  • Workplace Information
    • This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
    • The work environment is on-site, with occasional travel to various locations.
    • The primary language of communication is English.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
