**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing a team that delivers a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive long-term customer loyalty and conversion
  • Train team members on elevating the in-store and online customer experience
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure accurate inventory levels and visual merchandising
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store or department
  • Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results

**Compensation**

Compensation for this role will depend on experience and skills. This role starts at $70,000 annually.
