About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of patient services, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and pharmacies to coordinate patient services and resolve reimbursement issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide expert guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business expansion.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the patient experience and drive business efficiency.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex reimbursement systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
