Research Director Opportunity

Grasslands Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Research Director to lead research projects and collaborate with researchers in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop research projects, setting priorities and collaborating with researchers
  • Coordinate field research activities, including seeding, treatment applications, data collection, and quality control
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and write peer-reviewed manuscripts
  • Transfer research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Collaborate with agricultural organizations to share relevant information
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree (asset)
  • Effective communication skills with the research community and producers
  • Expertise in experimental research design and statistical analyses
  • ARM computer program knowledge (asset)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint expertise
  • Field research experience with small plot equipment operation and a valid driver's license
