  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio
  • Promote the use of technology innovations by Beauty Advisors to enhance the in-store experience for clients
  • Manage the Online Reservation system and optimize staffing levels for increased services
  • Coordinate in-store events to enhance client learning and drive sales
  • Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, fostering their artistry skills
  • Participate in performance management and provide feedback for improvement
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a similar leadership roleStrong communication and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
