Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
