Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at Supertemp. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
