About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofing Assistant to join our team at Myers Roofing Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and Application of Materials: Assist in the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Supporting Medical Examiners: Provide assistance to medical examiners in charge of conducting site inspections and investigations.
  • Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend to or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that equipment is in good working order.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to Detail: The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a variety of tasks.
