About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Enersolv Design & Build Ltd. As a key member of our division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects of various sizes with supervision
  • Develop and track project schedules, including trade manpower loading
  • Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
  • Direct staff on proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Meeting Minutes
  • Review and quality check close-out documents
  • Establish project cost control centers for tracking equipment, material, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal
  • Experience using BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Revizto
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of the construction process
