About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Smart Crew Wall and Ceilings Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Assist in mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Participate in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
  • Transportation: Take advantage of our employer-provided transportation to and from work sites.
