About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at Soni & Sons Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and cleaning up the work site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to work in a team
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Hardworking and team-oriented individual

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
