We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Provide exceptional customer service when delivering products to customers' homes, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers through welcoming and engaging interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Communicate Financial Solutions: Clearly explain the terms and conditions of our financial products and services, helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Support Retail Operations: Assist with merchandising and maintaining store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized retail environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Experience in Customer-Facing Roles: Possess some experience in customer-facing environments, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
  • Driver's License and Abstract: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
