Role: Senior/Principal Consultant for Rail Industry Solutions
Location: Toronto, Canada (Flexible Hybrid Working)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to meet client needs, leveraging global best practices.
- Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
- Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
Key Competencies and Experience:
- Proven track record in the rail industry, with expertise in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M.
- Strong organisational abilities, flexible, and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Passion for making a positive impact through projects, with a desire to bring about change and deliver innovative solutions.
