Job Summary

RCT Superior Contracting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including carpeting and resilient floor coverings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Floors: Inspect surfaces to be covered, measure and mark them as needed, and prepare floors for installations.
  • Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install carpeting and resilient floor coverings on floors, walls, and other surfaces.
  • Repair and Maintain: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and maintain flooring to ensure it remains in good condition.
  • Plan and Schedule: Prepare flooring plans and schedules to ensure efficient installation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in flooring installation and maintenance.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
