Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective communication between departments and teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
