Position Overview:

Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Head of Internship Programs within our Syndication division. As a leading non-bank lender, we focus on commercial real estate financing, encompassing land development, construction, and commercial mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with institutional and private lending entities.
  • Collaborate closely with the origination team to evaluate a variety of mortgage offerings.
  • Ensure that loan summaries align with the requirements set forth by lending partners.
  • Manage approval timelines in coordination with multiple teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on deal structuring and relay feedback from lending partners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate financing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Preferred qualifications include: MBA, CFA, CSC, Mortgage Agent License, and Dealing Representative Registration.
