Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide essential care to clients in Trois-Rivières, Canada. As a key member of our team at beBee Professionals, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and promoting independence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises, promoting overall well-being.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a sense of connection and belonging.

Requirements
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, showcasing your ability to provide high-quality care.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements, meeting the demands of the role.
