Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Private home. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and supervision to infants and children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children.
  • Engage children in activities such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including cleaning and organizing.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Child Caregiver will work in a private home setting, providing care and support to infants and children. The work environment is non-smoking, and public transportation is available.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the home is English or French.Work Conditions:

The Child Caregiver will work 40 hours per week, with a temporary work term. The work involves repetitive tasks, and the caregiver must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
