Job Title: Avionics/Electronics Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics/Electronics Technician to join our team. As an Avionics/Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and modification on aircraft as assigned to you and as required under supervision by a licensed technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance, repair, and modification on aircraft as assigned to you and as required under supervision by a licensed technician.
  • Ensure all maintenance and safety precautions are observed when carrying out assigned activities.
  • Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
  • Report unserviceable equipment to your assigned licensed technician and/or lead technician.
  • Notify your assigned licensed and/or lead technician of all defects discovered during routine maintenance.
  • Communicate when tasks are complete so the next trade can move onto the job.
  • Attend and complete training courses as assigned by company management.
  • Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
  • Promote company values, vision, and mission.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Shows integrity, ingenuity, and assertiveness in the performance of tasks.
  • Must have strong troubleshooting skills with good quality workmanship.
  • Employee is expected to work towards obtaining their "E" license.
Qualifications:
  • Currently attending a Transport Canada approved AME program or Completed a Transport Canada approved AME program.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
