About the Role:

Reporting Structure

The Avionics Technician Trainee will report directly to the Avionics Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft under supervision
  • Comply with maintenance and safety protocols consistently
  • Document work performed accurately and report any issues
  • Engage in training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Uphold company values and mission
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Demonstrates integrity, creativity, and assertiveness
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on quality workmanship
  • Working towards obtaining Transport Canada 'E' license

Experience

  • Enrolled in or completed a Transport Canada approved AME program
  • Collaborative work ethic with individuals across the organization
