Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of MEDA's Office 365 environment and associated technologies.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of workstations and other end-user technologies for MEDA staff worldwide, from procurement to disposal.
- Collaborate closely with various business units to configure and maintain SAAS-based systems, ensuring seamless interconnectivity through standardized practices.
- Serve as the primary technical resource, providing guidance on all technology-related challenges.

Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: CAD $65,550
Key Duties:
- Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and email configurations within Office 365 and other systems.
- Implement security protocols, ensure compliance, and oversee data protection measures.
- Administer Office 365 applications, maintaining system updates and performing routine maintenance as required.
- Provide technical support and training for users on workstations, Office 365 tools, SAAS applications, and other technologies.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Extensive proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Demonstrated technical expertise, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
