- Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work, including the removal of rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Nail Guns: Proficient in the use of nail guns for various installation tasks.
- Drills: Experienced in operating drills for drilling and driving tasks.
- Hand Tools: Skilled in the use of hand tools for various installation and maintenance tasks.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring manual labor and heavy lifting (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs).
