About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • System Inspection and Repair

Conduct thorough inspections of security systems to identify areas for improvement and repair.

Electronic Equipment Testing and Maintenance

Test and maintain electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.

Diagnostic and Troubleshooting

Diagnose and locate faults in security systems, including circuit, component, and equipment issues.

Repair and Replacement

Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.

System Calibration and Adjustment

Calibrate security systems using hand tools to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation and Reporting

Complete work orders, test reports, and maintenance records to ensure accurate documentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.
