Job Title: Medical Orderly

We are seeking a Medical Orderly to join our team at Résidence des Peupliers (2012) inc. in a rural area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care and support in a hospital or home for the aged setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Serve meal trays and assist patients with feeding.
  • Maintain patients' rooms, including making beds and ensuring a clean environment.
  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher as needed.
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide assistance.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Own transportation.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a rural area, with the possibility of relocation. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
