  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, to maintain a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Stock and Maintain Linen Closets: Restock linen closets and maintain a high level of organization to ensure that linens and cleaning supplies are readily available.
  • Participate in Deep Cleaning: Participate in deep cleaning activities, such as cleaning carpets, upholstered furniture, and other high-traffic areas.
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
