Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is an asset.
- New graduates with licenses are welcome to apply.
