We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at pt Health in Chatham, Ontario. As a Physiotherapist with pt Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. As a Physiotherapist with pt Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals, and utilizing e-charting software for documenting treatment sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software for documenting treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • New Graduates with licenses are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
