  • Cost Analysis: Generate estimates for general expenses and overheads, providing economic feasibility studies for proposed projects.
  • Documentation: Create and submit detailed estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms.
  • Quantity Take-off: Implement quantity take-off procedures to ensure precision in estimates.
  • Tender Advisory: Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders to recommend awards.
  • Cost Monitoring: Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems for ongoing projects.
  • Supply Management: Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimates.

Qualifications
