- Concevoir et administrer les stratégies et solutions relatives à l'infrastructure des centres de données, aux réseaux et aux services cloud pour l'infrastructure d'entreprise d'Air Canada.
- Assurer le soutien des centres de données et des plateformes réseau pour la gestion des systèmes, le traitement des demandes opérationnelles et la résolution des problèmes.
- Garantir que l'infrastructure des centres de données et les opérations cloud sont alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux d'Air Canada.
- Élaborer et planifier la stratégie, les politiques et le cadre de prestation des services pour l'infrastructure et les solutions cloud d'Air Canada.
- Établir des normes pour l'infrastructure de stockage et de calcul, et veiller à leur performance dans toutes les phases de conception, développement et maintenance des systèmes.
- Soutenir les processus de gestion des problèmes, des anomalies et des incidents pour assurer un fonctionnement fluide des infrastructures et des plateformes cloud.

- Fournir des preuves de conformité pour l'infrastructure, le réseau et les services cloud dans le cadre des audits.
- Développer et évaluer les performances et les indicateurs fonctionnels pour tous les environnements de service : centres de données internes, services cloud et réseaux.
- Gérer les fournisseurs responsables de la prestation des services dans le domaine des infrastructures.
- Mettre en œuvre les offres de services cloud pour permettre à Air Canada de devenir une entreprise axée sur le cloud.
- Analyser des données provenant de diverses parties prenantes, tant internes qu'externes.
- Communiquer les résultats des analyses et formuler des recommandations aux parties concernées.
- Apporter un soutien à l'analyse commerciale et aux initiatives d'intégration commerciale et technologique.
- Étudier les tendances technologiques pour évaluer leur impact sur l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilité.

Qualifications
- Posséder un talent marqué pour l'analyse et des connaissances techniques de niveau modéré à élevé.
- Diplôme universitaire ou certificat technique pertinent, ou expérience équivalente.
