Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen - Chestermere. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Food Handling and Safety: Maintain accurate records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
