We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Pampanga Restaurant & Banquet Hall. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including Filipino cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest quality.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are safe and hygienic for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Asset Languages: Tagalog.
