Job Title: Retail Merchandising Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Associate to join our team at MCA. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for setting up attractive product displays, arranging products according to planograms, and ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays that meet client quality and branding standards.
  • Build, modify, and dismantle product displays as required.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
  • Install eye-catching signage and perform additional merchandising services as needed.
  • Collect and report retail data using advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for MCA and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and takes pride in their work.
  • Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
  • Ability to read and execute planograms.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
  • Self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Enthusiasm and consistently professional attitude and appearance.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.

What We Offer:

MCA offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.20, approximately 10 hours of work per month, and a flexible schedule typically Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
