Labour Relations Director

Reporting to the VP of Labour Relations, the Director of Labour Relations is a key member of the HR Labour Relations team.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022
Support all aspects of Employee and Labour Relations across 25 manufacturing and distribution locations.
\u2022
Collaborate closely with the HR Labour Relations team to develop and implement effective labour relations strategies.
\u2022
Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on labour-related matters.
\u2022
Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all locations.
Requirements:
\u2022
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
\u2022
Proven experience in labour relations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
\u2022
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
\u2022
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
