Role Overview:
Cuso International is on the lookout for a passionate individual committed to advocating for women's rights. In this volunteer capacity, you will play a vital role in supporting the initiatives of the Manuela Ramos Movement, contributing to the advancement of equality for all.
As a volunteer, you will collaborate closely with the team at the Manuela Ramos Movement (MMR), a feminist organization with over 40 years of experience in championing women's rights in Peru. MMR is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, democratic, and sustainable society that respects diversity and promotes the autonomous exercise of human rights, especially for women.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the Communication Area's strategies as outlined in the operational plan.
- Track and evaluate the indicators of the institution's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning System.
- Develop content and materials for institutional or program campaigns as required.
- Support the graphic design of necessary materials and publications.
- Contribute to capturing photographic and audio-visual content for various programs.
- Help manage and oversee the institution's social media platforms.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in executing communication campaigns and producing communication materials.
- Strong commitment to achieving gender equality.
- Proficient in writing and editing reports and publications.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage assigned tasks effectively.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
