Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Ramisol IT and Consulting Inc.

Job Description:

The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our company's brand and services. This includes creating and disseminating engaging content across various channels, managing our online presence, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Create and curate engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media and website updates
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform communication strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communications or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with social media management tools and content creation software
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with WordPress and other content management systems
Work Environment:

The Communications Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
