Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality patient care in designated clinical areas. This role facilitates the smooth transition of patients through the healthcare system and ensures access to necessary resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance in clinical decision-making and patient assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resource utilization and coordinate patient care.
