Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on team performance and inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
