Job Title: Beauty Boutique Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue through effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service plans to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
