About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Real Estate Brokerage. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our real estate services
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage Marketing Materials
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote our real estate services
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
    • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with industry trends
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
