Job Title: Sales and Promotions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Real Estate Brokerage.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services. This includes conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans and feasibility studies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
