Job Summary:

The Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling operations, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train cashiers, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
