Job Summary

Chungchun Rice Hot Dog is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
    • Scour pots and pans
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
    • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
    • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Sharpen kitchen knives
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper at Chungchun Rice Hot Dog, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
