About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Bairn Croft Residential Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: While a degree is not required, we value experience in childcare and education.
  • Work Setting: You will work in the employer's/client's home, providing one-on-one care to children.
  • Tasks:
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
    • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
    • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift children and perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Screening Questions: You must be legally able to work in Canada and have a valid work permit.
  • Financial Benefits: This is a temporary position with a bonus structure in place.
  • Language of Work: English is the primary language of work, with a 44-hour workweek.
