Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Sen Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
