You will also create new recipes, instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff. Additionally, you will prepare and cook food on a regular basis, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and recruit and hire staff. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
* Create new recipes and menus
* Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food

* Requisition food and kitchen supplies
* Recruit and hire staff

**Requirements:**

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
