Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Team Member to join our team at Dario Caffe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Maintenance and Operations: Operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Café environment with a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
- Transportation: Own transportation is required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
