Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at Anand Pizza and Sweet Shop LTD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders, including frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods.
- Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or bakery environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
