Cybersecurity Specialist

Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) is seeking a highly skilled Operation Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Security Incident Response: Respond to and resolve security incidents in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Security Architecture and Design: Design and implement secure architecture and infrastructure solutions to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Security Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify potential security threats and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Security Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security best practices and awareness.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with security vendors and ensure that they are providing the necessary security solutions and services to meet ESA's needs.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that ESA's IT systems and infrastructure are compliant with regulatory requirements and identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on security architecture, incident response, and security monitoring.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or other relevant security certifications.
