What You Will Do With Us

As the Electrical Sales Representative based in our warehouse, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Process orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives to meet customer needs
  • Put away stock and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Receive and select orders, and ensure accurate and timely shipping
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
  • Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs on customer sites

Who Are You

  • You have a Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
  • You have a minimum of one year of related experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • You have a valid driver's license and are able to travel as needed
  • You have product knowledge of the electrical industry, or are willing to learn
